Lake Lovin'

I've been lucky enough the past couple of days to be on Lake Michigan with my family and friend Alyssa, from school. We've had a lot of firsts on this trip and have been enjoying each others company on the lake and around town.

I wish that everyday could include time on the lake, taking in it's beauty, but sadly we live just out of reach. Somehow that makes it more special when we can take a couple days once in a while to come and enjoy it. I know that my friend, Alyssa, hasn't seen much of our Great Lakes but they seem to be growing on her East Coast living style. Which is great because I get to share part of my school life with my home life. Must get back to the daily activities!
